Chocolate brown is the deep chocolate color you get when you dry it without bleaching.

An amateur might think that raffia yarn that is simply dried without bleaching would be less work, but if it is not dried properly, it will develop black spots or turn a greenish brown. To make chocolate-colored raffia yarn, you have to pay attention to the weather, the drying method, and the degree of drying, which takes a lot of effort, so it is more expensive than beige raffia yarn.

Surci is the only place in Japan selling chocolate-colored raffia bags 😉

This raffia bag, meticulously woven from carefully spun and dried chocolate-colored raffia yarn, possesses a deep, chic elegance.

Even within the category of chocolate color, there exists a wide range—from richer shades to lighter tones—and it is precisely this natural hue, untouched by human intervention, that defines the chocolate color.

………………………………………………………………..

April pop-up locations are listed below.
