Fees other than the product price
Free shipping applies when your total purchase amount (tax included) is ¥11,000 or more.
For orders under ¥11,000:
・Domestic shipping (excluding Okinawa Prefecture): ¥330 (tax included)
・Domestic shipping (Okinawa Prefecture): ¥1,320 (tax included)
If you choose cash on delivery (COD) as your payment method, a COD handling fee applies. For orders under ¥10,000 total, the fee is ¥330 (tax included). For orders between ¥10,000 and ¥30,000 total, the fee is ¥440 (tax included). For orders ¥30,000 or more total, the fee is ¥660 (tax included).

Even if an item is out of stock, we will restock it as soon as possible.

Additionally, if an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you by email.
Payment Methods
You may choose from credit card payment, cash on delivery (Sagawa Express Collect), carrier billing, Komoju (convenience store payment), Paidy (post-payment), or bank transfer.
Payment due date
If you choose cash on delivery: Please pay upon receiving the item.
If you choose bank transfer: Please transfer the payment within 7 days after placing your order.

Product Shipping
If you have a preferred delivery date or time, please specify it.
We will ship your order within 4 business days after confirming payment. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will ship within 4 business days after confirming your order.
Please note that due to weather or traffic conditions, we may not be able to deliver at your requested date and time.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns for ordered items can be made within 7 days of delivery.
For defective items, we will exchange them for the same product only if it is in stock.
If it is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page.
If the delivered item is defective, we will exchange it for a new one after confirming stock availability.
Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us via collect delivery.
Please note that returns for customer convenience will only be accepted if the item is unused.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
